Pictured is the golf cart parade from last year's event. The 55th annual Cutler Bay/Whispering Pines Fourth of July Celebration and Parade returns on Tuesday, July 4, from 9 a.m. to noon. The highly popular event celebrating America's independence always has drawn crowds in Cutler Bay. The Whispering Pines parade predates the incorporation of the town. Rod Gibson, communications manager for Cutler Bay, said he is excited about this year's event. 'The festivities will kick off with the highly anticipated Golf Cart Parade,' Gibson said.
