A waterfront mansion in the Old Cutler Bay neighborhood of Coral Gables sold for $21.5 million and the buyer includes Dr. Nicole Martin, from Bravo's 'Real Housewives of Miami'. Rodolfo Hernandez and Mercedes Hernandez sold their 10,860-square-foot home at 555 Reinante Ave. to attorney Anthony M. Lopez, with Martin as a partner. It was the seller's homestead address. Saddy Delgado of One Sotheby's International Realty represented the seller in the deal, while Dennis Carvajal worked with the buyer.
