We requested essay submissions from public high school students in Miami-Dade on W HAT IS THE GREATEST OBSTACLE YOU FACE IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING A BALANCED BUDGET ? These two high school students wrote impressive essays, causing a tie! Bravo! The BBA will host a ceremony for the winners and their parents, teachers, classmates, and all others who want to join in the celebration.
