For former Bears passer Jay Cutler, he believes that Fields has what it takes to meet the high expectations that have been placed on him. Speaking to the Chicago Sun-Times, Cutler offered his stamp of approval to the former Ohio State standout. 'If the Bears start winning … I hope they do,' Cutler said. 'And I hope Justin is successful, and I hope he's the next big thing here and he's the best quarterback to come out of Chicago Bears history.
