On Wednesday, Victor Cutler announced he had committed to the Scarlet and Gray.If you had to pause and Google Cutler, you certainly weren't the only one. Unless you were an avid watcher of the Sun Belt Conference, there's a good chance you've never heard of Cutler, who transferred to Ohio State from Louisiana-Monroe. Cutler was a two-star recruit coming out of West Monroe High School in Louisiana and had no scholarship offers from Power 5 schools.
