Sol Vista, a 227-unit affordable senior community, is seen in this architectural rendering. ANF Group Inc., a full-service construction firm providing construction management, general contracting, development, and design-build services, recently broke ground on Sol Vista, a 227-unit affordable senior community co-developed by MRK Partners and Cypress Equity Investments Cutler Bay area. ANF Group has been named general contractor. 'We are honored to serve as the general contractor for this development at a time when the need for attainable housing for our growing senior population is so vital,' said Al Fernandez, president of ANF Group.
