H&R Block in Cutler Bay, Florida

I had been filing with hrblock for seven straight years. I refered my friend to file at this specific location and went with a coupon for her to get a discount and for me to recieve a $20 gift card. First of all these coupons they provide you dont work!! So when the tax specialist filed my friends taxes she pulled out another coupon to give her a discount to be sure to keep her business. I didnt get compensated and was told to call the 1800 number that they should be able to fix my issue and send me a $20 gift card. I been trying to get this issue resolved for 3 months and nothing. Customer service later tells me that the office has to resolve the matter. The office now calls me 3 months later to say that since my coupon was not used I cannot get compensated!! What part of the coupons they provide dont work even when its physically in their face!! They are just trying to make more business off of fake promises. Ill never use hrblock again. There is no proper customer service and they didnt even try!!!
